How soon can I request a refill?

Most plans allow a refill when you have about 7–10 days of medication remaining (25–30% of your current supply). Call us if you are unsure.

How do I know if I have refills remaining?

Your remaining refills are printed on your prescription label. You can also check through the Quick Rx app or call us. If you have no refills remaining, we will contact your prescriber.

Can I expedite my refill?

Yes. Select Rush in the urgency field on the form. For same-day processing, contact us directly to confirm availability.

How does the Automatic Refill Program work?

When enrolled, we track your days supply and automatically prepare your refill before you run out. You receive a notification each time. Cancel anytime.

Can I have my refill delivered?

Yes. We offer free home delivery across all our locations. Select Home delivery in the form and confirm your address.

What if my prescription has no refills remaining?

We contact your prescriber office on your behalf to request a renewal — you do not need an appointment. Just note it in the comments field.

Can a family member pick up or receive my refill?

Yes. Let us know their name in advance. For home delivery, the package will be left at the delivery address.
